3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed on kiddybloom.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Easypaisa, JazzCash, and credit/debit card payments.
• Prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as specified on the checkout page).
• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled if it has already been processed for shipment.
• In case of payment failure or suspicious transactions, Kiddy Bloom reserves the right to cancel or hold the order for verification.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days across Pakistan.
• Delivery times may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Kiddy Bloom will not be liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders:
• We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Products must be returned within 5 working days, unused and in their original condition.
• Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
