1. General Policy
Our return and refund policy applies to all purchases made through kiddybloom.pk. By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
2. No Refund on Sale Items
• All sale, discounted, or promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Please review product descriptions, sizes, and details carefully before purchasing sale items.
• No claims, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for products bought during sale events or discount offers.
3. Return Eligibility (Non-Sale Items)
We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered by our team.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
• You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
• Returns must be requested within 5 working days from the date of delivery.
• You are required to share clear photos or videos showing the issue when reporting it.
4. How to Report an Issue
To initiate a return or report a problem:
1. Email us at support@kiddybloom.pk or message us via our website chat.
2. Include the following details:
- Your order number
- Full name and contact number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect product
3. Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days and guide you through the next steps.
5. Return Process
• Once approved, you will be asked to ship the product back to our return address (shared by our support team).
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our mistake.
• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a replacement or store credit within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds in cash or bank transfer are not applicable unless specifically approved under special circumstances.
6. When Returns Are Not Accepted
We will not accept a return if:
• The issue is reported after 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
• The item is used, washed, or altered.
• It is a sale or discounted product.
• The original tags or packaging are missing.
• The product shows signs of wear, stains, or damage not caused by Kiddy Bloom.
7. Color & Size Disclaimer
Please note that slight color variations may occur due to lighting or device screen differences. We recommend checking the size chart before ordering. Such variations are not considered valid reasons for returns or exchanges.
8. Order Cancellation
• Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
