At Kiddy Bloom, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about shipping, delivery timelines, responsibilities, and what to do in case of damaged or incorrect items.


1. Delivery Area

We currently ship within Pakistan only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

We strive to make our delivery services accessible nationwide. However, deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may experience slight delays.


2. Shipping Methods & Charges

  • We use trusted local courier services to ensure your products reach you safely.
  • Shipping charges depend on your location and the size/weight of your order. These charges will be calculated at checkout.
  • For certain promotions, free shipping may be available; such offers will be displayed on the website or during checkout.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.
  • Standard delivery within Pakistan typically takes 3–7 working days.
  • Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as:
    • Courier delays
    • Public holidays
    • Remote or hard-to-reach areas
  • We make every effort to deliver your order on time and will provide updates if delays occur.

4. Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate when placing an order.
  • Kiddy Bloom is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
  • Customers should be available at the delivery address during the expected delivery window.

5. Payment Methods

  • We accept the following payment options:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • Online Payments through Easypaisa, JazzCash, and debit/credit cards
  • Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation (for online payments).
  • For COD, please ensure you have the correct amount ready for the courier.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Kiddy Bloom is committed to providing high-quality products.
  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Only items reported within this timeframe will be eligible for replacement or exchange.
  • Damaged/incorrect products must be returned within 5 working days in their original packaging and unused condition.
  • For sale items or discounted products, returns or exchanges are not allowed.

7. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking information (if available).
  • You can track your shipment directly via the courier’s website or contact our support team for assistance.

8. Responsibilities & Limitations

  • Kiddy Bloom is not liable for delays caused by the courier, natural events, or incorrect customer-provided information.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.
  • Kiddy Bloom ensures safe handling and timely dispatch, but once the product is with the courier, the courier assumes responsibility for the shipment.
